Palletising Operative

Work as part of a production team operating palletising and packaging equipment to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality. Support warehouse operations and promote a strong health and safety culture. Key Responsibilities Operate and set up packing and labelling machinery, carrying out quality checks Build and transfer pallets with accurate labelling and traceability Maintain material flow and manage stock for production lines Monitor performance, report risks, and support multiple lines as needed Perform equipment changeovers and report faults promptly Follow safety procedures and maintain clean working areas Collaborate with teams and ensure effective shift handovers Skills and Experience Understanding of production environments and teamwork Good communication skills Experience in manufacturing or warehousing is helpful but not required Knowledge of food safety or manual handling is an advantage (training provided) ..... full job details .....
