Pallet Repair Production OperatorLocation: Grangemouth Pay: 13.01 per hour - Training Period / 14.40 per hour - On Completion of Training Hours: Monday to Friday - Early Shift 6am - 2pm / Back Shift 2pm - 10pm / RotationalAbout the RoleWe are looking for reliable and hardworking Pallet Repair Production Operators to join the team at our pallet repair site based in Grangemouth.As a Pallet Repair Production Operative, you will work as part of a busy production team responsible for repairing, sorting and preparing wooden pallets for reuse. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in an operational environment, ideal for individuals who enjoy practical work, working as part of a team, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect and sort pallets based on conditionRepair and rebuild wooden pallets in line with specificationsUse of hand tools and air tools in line with company Health and Safety protocolsWork towards daily production targets in a fast-paced environmentMaintain high standards of quality, safety and housekeepingFollow site procedures and safe working practicesSupport colleagues and work effectively as part of the production teamSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience working in a production or assembly role OR transferable skills from another environmentPractical experience of using hand tools or power toolsGood attention to details to maintain quality standardsAbility to follow instructions and site proceduresAbility to work in a ..... full job details .....
