Paintshop Team Lead

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate all paint shop activities, including loading and unloading of parts, to meet production schedulesLead, supervise, and motivate a team of paint shop operatives to achieve output and quality targetsMonitor team performance and provide coaching to drive continuous improvementEnsure all work is completed safely and in line with company health and safety policies and PPE requirementsMaintain high standards of workmanship and ensure tasks are completed within target timesApprove and review team timesheets, ensuring accuracy at the end of each shiftWork closely with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and optimise machine/labour hoursEnsure all equipment servicing and maintenance is carried out and recordedManage storage and organisation of completed parts, including yard coordinationRequirementsEssential:Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environmentProven team leadership or supervisory experienceStrong organisational and coordination skillsGood IT skills, including Excel and ERP systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced, changing production environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionallyForklift (FLT) experienceIf you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website. ..... full job details .....
