As a Paint Shop Labourer, you ll play an important part in preparing products for powder coating, including rubbing down, cleaning, and general preparation work. You ll work closely with the powder coating team to ensure high-quality finishes are achieved and production runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities Prepare products for powder coating, including rubbing down, surface cleaning, and general preparation. Support the powder coating team with loading and unloading parts for painting. Check parts before and after coating to ensure they meet required standards. Assist with handling and storing powders and consumables safely. Keep the paint shop clean, tidy, and organised at all times. Follow production schedules and work efficiently to meet deadlines. Support colleagues across the department to maintain a smooth workflow. Carry out general labouring tasks as required to support the team.
