You will be responsible for ensuring all surface preparation and coating activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with marine project specifications and Class/Client requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily blasting and painting activities across vessels, modules, or marine structures. Allocate operatives to workfaces and conduct start-of-shift briefings (RAMS/COSHH). Ensure compliance with ITPs, Work Instructions, project specifications, and Class requirements. Raise confined space and hot work permits as required. Monitor surface preparation standards (blast profile, cleanliness) and coating application including primers, stripe coats, intermediates, and topcoats. Control re-coat intervals and liaise closely with QC Inspectors and Client Representatives. Ensure correct storage, handling, and traceability of marine coating materials.
