Painting and Decorating Location: Fenchurch Street, London Salary: £40,000 Hours: Monday to Friday (Full-Time) We are currently recruiting for a skilled Painting and Decorating Engineer to join a prestigious corporate site in Fenchurch Street. The Role You will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating works across the site, alongside supporting with general maintenance tasks to ensure the building is maintained to an exceptional standard. Key Responsibilities Carrying out painting and decorating works (planned and reactive) Surface preparation, finishing, and touch-ups to a high standard Supporting with general building maintenance tasks as required Working within a corporate environment, maintaining a professional approach at all times Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures Liaising with colleagues and site management to ensure minimal disruption Requirements Proven experience in painting and decorating within commercial or corporate environments Ability to carry out basic maintenance tasks High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work Professional, reliable, and well-presented Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach ..... full job details .....
