We are currently recruiting for a skilled Painting & Decorating Engineer to join a prestigious corporate site in Fenchurch Street. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-end, professional environment with a strong focus on quality and presentation.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating works across the site, alongside supporting with general maintenance tasks to ensure the building is maintained to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out painting and decorating works (planned and reactive)
- Surface preparation, finishing, and touch-ups to a high standard
- Supporting with general building maintenance tasks as required
- Working within a corporate environment, maintaining a professional approach at all times
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures
- Liaising with colleagues and site management to ensure minimal disruption
- Proven experience in painting and decorating within commercial or corporate environments
- Ability to carry out basic maintenance tasks
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
