This is a fantastic opportunity to work within occupied and void domestic properties, upgrades and general maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of painting repairs in domestic settings Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits Requirements: NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Painting / time served Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable) What’s in it for you?
