Painter - Student Accommodation Refurbishment
Location: Wembley, London
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm (8 hours paid)
Rate: -20 per hour (CIS)
Job Type: Temporary / Contract

The role involves refreshing student accommodation ahead of the new academic year.

• Painting and decorating student bedrooms and communal areas

• Fixing minor surface issues (e.g. dents, scuffs, marks)

• Ensuring a clean, tidy and professional finish

• Adhering to health & safety guidelines on site

• Proven experience in painting and decorating

• Own tools and PPE

• CSCS card preferred but not essential

• Ability to commit to the full duration of the project

• Consistent 8-hour paid days

• Weekly CIS payments
