Painter and DecoratorContract Duration: 29th June - 18th SeptemberWorking Hours: 40 hours per weekPay Rate: 14 per hourOverviewWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Painter and Decorator to support a summer refresh programme in student accommodation. The role involves repainting bedroom walls to prepare rooms following student check-out.Key ResponsibilitiesApply two coats of eggshell paint to bedroom wallsComplete painting work to a high standard, ensuring a clean and professional finishAchieve a daily target of 2-3 rooms per day (minimum expectation: 2.5 rooms in an 8-hour shift)Work independently with minimal supervisionMaintain a tidy and safe working environment throughout the projectScope of WorkIncluded: Bedroom walls onlyExcluded: Ceilings, woodwork, bathrooms (no painting required in these areas)Working Hours40 hours per weekFlexible daily start and finish times, provided daily targets are metCandidate RequirementsProven experience in painting and decoratingAbility to work efficiently and meet daily productivity targetsHigh attention to detail and quality standardsSelf-motivated and capable of working independentlyAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
