Painter / Finisher Our prestigious, manufacturing client within the Marine and Luxury Yacht industry, are currently seeking a Painter / Finisher to join their team. This is a full time, permanent position, based in Wroxham. Our clients offers flexible working! As follows: Working a Monday Friday, 40 hour week our client offers flexible working with enhanced rates and incentives available. Such as: Early starts from 06:30 to complete your 40 hours before a Friday. Enhanced overtime rates for completing 40+ hours. Additional one off payments over 45 hours (alongside the enhanced overtime rates). Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications Good working knowledge of painting and varnishing procedures. Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations. Experience working with wood including wood repairs Working in a team when doing large scale jobs, spraying yacht interiors, sanding, and antifouling hulls, working independently on smaller tasks such as varnishing joinery components Attention to detail in all areas, having a keen eye, right-first-time approach and ensuring work passes rigorous quality control inspections. Experience in spraying paint/varnish on cabinetry kitchens, bathrooms, furniture (ideally 5+ years, time-served) Wide experience in French Polishing techniques Smart repair experience desirable but not essential.
