Painter

Fantastic opportunity for a professional painter to work with one of the UKs leading and highly reputable housing associations covering the Manchester region.

My client, who is an award-winning housing association, is looking for an experienced and professional painter to assist with painting void homes.
The successful candidate will carry out painting and decorating to prepare empty properties to be moved into. This will include walls, ceilings and woodwork.

The painter will receive:
- -18.00 P/H Umbrella or CIS (dependant on experience)
- Milage paid (own vehicle required)
- On going temporary work
- Hours - Monday - Friday 08.00 - 16.30

I am really keen in speaking to anyone who has:
- Experience carrying out the above duties
- NVQ or City and Guilds level 2 in painting
- Working at heights certificate
- Own vehicle
- Previous social housing/council house painting experience
