Painter

I''m looking for a Painter / Decorator for a project working in Social Housing Properties in Newbury & Reading. This is an ongoing contract. You will be doing 3 months external painting & 3 months internal painting

The Painter / Decorator will be expected to:

• External Painting (Windows, wood facias, masonary)
• External Decorating
• Internal Painting (Doors, Walls, Skirting)
• Internal Decorating

Ideally I''m looking to speak to a Painter / Decorator that has:

• Experience Painting / Decorating in social housing
• Experience external painting
• Extendable ladders
• Their own transport and tools

And in return, the Painter / Decorator will receive:

• -23 p/hr
• Mileage covered
• Ongoing work
