Painter

I am looking for a Painter to work on behalf of a local South Birmingham based council.

The successful candidate will carry out painting in council properties to a high standard. Work will involve painting and decorating in void properties to include papering when requested. Occasional works in tenanted properties.

The Painter will receive:

• -19.50 P/H Umbrella
• 3 months worth of work
• Van provided (for work purposes only)

The successful candidate will be expected to complete:

• Painting in council properties to a high standard
• 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday

We are really keen in speaking to anyone who has:

• City and Guilds or NVQ in painting and decorating
• Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
• Full UK Driving License
