We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a busy team working on a domestic social housing refurbishment project in the Rochdale area.This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled painter looking for immediate work on a well-established contract.
Your new role

• Internal painting and decorating of occupied and void social housing properties
• Surface preparation including filling, sanding and making good
• Emulsion and gloss work to walls, ceilings, woodwork and communal areas
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What you''ll need to succeed

• Previous experience in painting and decorating, ideally within social housing
• Own tools and PPE
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred
