Painter / Handyman, Cardiff, CF24£14.50ph PAYE, Temporary, start asap - tools providedRitz Recruitment are currently seeking Temporary Painter/ Handyman to assit the Maintenance Team with refreshing building.The successful candidate will be responsible for painting and decorating rooms and communal areas as well as general maintenance/handyman work.Key Responsibilities: Assist with re-decorating rooms: Painting, Decorating, Touch up s, Mastic, Grouting, Siliconing.General carpentry tasks, such as fixing doors and locks.Move furniture and fittings.Undertake general maintenance tasks in both internal and external areas of the building. Skills and Attributes: Proven Painting and Decorating experience.Proven experience in maintenance or handyman work, ideally within a Residential/domestic setting.Excellent attention to details and tidy workmanship.Ability to adhere to all Health and Safety measures.Friendly, reliable, approachable, and helpful attitude.
