Long term Painter vacancy available in Midlothian, interested?

We-are looking for a Painter on behalf of one of our clients for a long term contract. The Painter is required to work on void properties and maintenance contracts across Midlothian.

This will be long term ongoing work,-12+ months potential for the right candidate.

They will be paying -19.50 p/h.-Due to the nature of the work a Driving Licence is essential.

Experience & skills:

• Experienced Painter with excellent previous experience
• Ideally have experience working in void and vacant properities or maintenance work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Ability to wallpaper is not essential but would be a great bonus
• Good communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients
• SVQ/NVQ painting qualifications or Blue/Gold CSCS is essential
