Painter & Decorator - Social Housing (Kitchen Refurbishments)
Location: Sheffield
Rate: -19 per hour
Duration: 10 Weeks
Start: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter & Decorator to work on a social housing refurbishment scheme in Sheffield. The role involves carrying out full kitchen painting works within both occupied and void properties.

This is a 10-week contract with an immediate start available.

Duties will include:

• Preparing surfaces including sanding, filling and priming

• Painting kitchen walls, ceilings and woodwork

• Ensuring a high-quality finish in tenant properties

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Working to programme deadlines as part of a refurbishment team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator

• Experience working within social housing or refurbishment projects preferred

• Own tools and PPE

• CSCS card preferred

• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
