Job DetailsLocation: Coventry (on-site at student accommodation building)Start Date: ASAPDuration: 1-2 weeks (with potential for extension)Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with possible overtimeTeam Size: Up to 4 paintersRole and Responsibilities:Preparing surfaces by filling, sanding, and priming walls, ceilings, and woodworkApplying paint, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, doors, window frames, and skirting boardsEnsuring clean, even, and high-quality finishes to meet project specifications and deadlinesWorking safely and efficiently within a busy construction site environmentCoordinating with site supervisors and other trades to maintain work flowMaintaining a tidy work space and adhering to health and safety regulations Requirements:Valid CSCS card - must be presented on siteProven painting and decorating experience, ideally in commercial or large residential projectsGood knowledge of surface preparation and painting techniquesOwn tools and personal protective equipment (PPE)Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a teamComfortable working at height (using ladders, scaffolding, etc.)If you are interested please apply here. ..... full job details .....
