Damp and Mould Operative £20.50 CIS LambethVan and Fuel Card ProvidedWe are currently recruiting for experienced Damp and Mould Operatives to work with a reputable contractor on social housing properties across Lambeth.Job Details:Pay Rate: £20.50 per hour (CIS)Location: Lambeth and surrounding areasStart Date: ASAPContract Type: OngoingHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pmBenefits: Company van and fuel card providedResponsibilities:Diagnose and treat damp and mould issues in occupied and void social housing propertiesCarry out relevant repairs, including anti-mould washes, redecoration, and associated carpentry or plastering tasksIdentify underlying issues and report where further work may be requiredEnsure all works are completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to tenantsMaintain clear records of work completed using a PDA or job sheetsRequirements:Proven experience in damp and mould work, preferably in social housingFull UK driving licence (essential)Own tools (specialist tools can be provided where necessary)Valid CSCS card (preferred)Strong communication skills and customer service approachTo apply, please send your CV or contact us directly for more information. ..... full job details .....
