Responsibilities

• Carry out painting and maintenance tasks in occupied domestic and residential buildings.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in repairs and maintenance work in domestic and residential settings.
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with a diverse range of people.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Valid UK driving licence is required.
• Eligibility to work in the UK must be confirmed.
