Painter – Temporary (3 Weeks)
Location: Sheffield
Rate: £20 per hour (CIS)
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently seeking an experienced Painter to assist at a large student accommodation site in Sheffield. This short-term contract is to help prepare the property for incoming residents.

The Painter Role:
You will carry out painting and decorating works across bedrooms and communal areas, ensuring a high standard of finish and a clean, tidy workspace throughout.

Painter Key Responsibilities:

• Painting and decorating of rooms, kitchens, and shared spaces
• Filling, sanding, caulking, mastic, grouting, and siliconing as needed
• Ensuring all areas are left neat and presentable and extremely tidy
• Working efficiently and independently to meet deadlines

Painter Requirements:

• Proven painting and decorating experience in residential or commercial settings
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices
• Reliable and self-motivated approach
• No CSCS card required

All tools and materials will be provided on site.
