As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
• Mix paints and other materials according to specifications.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Clean up work areas after completing tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in painting or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to drive to various job sites as required.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials is advantageous.
