Scope of Works

1. Wall Preparation & Painting

• Surface: Standard plaster-finished walls
• Preparation:
• Fill holes and surface imperfections
• Sand surfaces to achieve a smooth finish

• Finish:
• Apply off-white acrylic eggshell paint
• Ensure even coverage and clean edges

   

  2. Woodwork Preparation & Painting

  • Surfaces: Skirting boards, architraves, window sills
  • Preparation:
  • Sanding and cleaning of all woodwork
  • Priming where necessary
• Finish:
• Apply white gloss paint
• Ensure high-quality, durable finish

   

  Materials

  • Off-white acrylic eggshell paint for walls
  • White gloss paint for woodwork
  • Fillers, sandpaper, primer, masking tape, and other necessary consumables

  Health & Safety

  • All work to be carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations
  • Area to be kept clean and tidy during and after works
  • Appropriate signage and ventilation to be maintained

  Timeline

  • Estimated duration: 4 days
  • Work to be scheduled in coordination with college facilities team

  Quality Assurance

  • Final inspection to be conducted with site representative
  • Touch-ups and corrections to be completed before sign-off
