Job Responsibilities

• Perform painting tasks in occupied domestic and residential buildings, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance work as required, adhering to safety and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure project requirements are met.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in painting, particularly in residential settings.
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with a varying range of people.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Valid UK driving licence is required.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands and environments.
