• Bathroom and Kitchens 
• Caulking and decorating 
• The work will involve travelling across the North East.

• CSCS Card Blue above is essential 
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Asbestos Awareness is essential 
• Manual Handling certificate is essential
• Working at Heights certificate is essential 
• Recent DBS is essential
• Demonstrates competence in using employee portals for recording hours worked
