Projects will include both occupied and live site settings, requiring a clean, professional, and high-quality finish at all times. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of internal painting and decorating works to a high standard, working efficiently while maintaining site safety and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Internal painting and decorating across refurbishment projects Surface preparation including sanding, filling, and priming Emulsion, gloss, and finishing works Wall and ceiling painting in occupied and live environments Wallpaper hanging and feature wall finishes where required Touch-up and snagging works to high standards Ensuring clean, tidy, and safe working areas at all times Working to drawings, specifications, and site requirements Liaising with site teams to meet programme deadlines Requirements Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator on construction/refurbishment projects Valid CSCS card (essential) Ab...
