Are you an experienced Painter and Decorator with your own van and tools, looking for temp work within high-quality residential Apartments A well-established property management company is looking for a reliable Painter and Decorator to support the maintenance of rental apartments across Walton-on-Thames, and the Farnham area.This Painter and Decorator role offers temporary work carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to prepare apartments for new tenants and complete repairs within occupied properties. The successful Painter and Decorator will be joining a professional team committed to maintaining high standards across a residential portfolio, must have own van, brushes, whites, and tools.The ideal Painter and Decorator will have excellent decorating skills alongside a good all-round, all interior and exterior aspects, you will be working across two properties, one in Farnham, one in Walton-On-Thames, must live local to these areas.DutiesCarry out reactive and planned painting and decorating works.Prepare walls and surfaces by filling, sanding and priming.Complete high-quality internal decorating and touch-up work.Prepare vacant apartments ready for new tenants.Undertake minor property repairs and general maintenance.Property maintenance skills an advantageMaintain clean, safe and organised work areas.Skills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience as a Painter and Decorator.Own van and tools are essential.Experience in property maintenance and multi-trade ..... full job details .....
