The engineer will be working on commercial sites such as Retail Shops, Bakeries and Gyms.  They offer nationwide coverage to their customers but do have engineers based across the UK, however some working and staying away will be necessary as and when required. The Painter and Decorator will be performing - Surface preparation, including sanding, filling, and stripping - Interior and exterior painting and decorating - Wallpaper hanging and finishing work - Applying paint, varnish, and protective coatings - Maintaining a clean and safe working environment - Ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail - Working independently and as part of a team - Following health and safety procedures It is expected that the Painter and Decorator will have proven experience within the maintenance Industry Position Requirements - Live within Surrey, with Surrey and London-based work and be happy travelling with occasional working away from home. - 5+ years experience - Full clean driving licence - Any recognised trade qualificat...
