The role involves carrying out painting, decorating and general finishing works within social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. The position will initially be offered on a 12-week temporary basis, with the intention of transitioning into a permanent role. Key Responsibilities Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works. Prepare surfaces, including sanding, filling and making good. Apply paint, wallpaper and other decorative finishes. Complete decorating works within occupied and void social housing properties. Carry out minor repairs and associated preparation works. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
