The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied properties in the Kent area. Main duties include; - Carry out all aspects of internal and external painting and decorating Prepare surfaces including filling, sanding, stripping and priming Apply paints, stains, varnishes and other finishes to a professional standard Complete works within agreed timescales while maintaining quality workmanship Social Housing experience, full tools and your own van is essential for this Painter and decorator role.
