Painter and Decorator

R9 Recruitnment are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter and Decorator to work on void properties in the Salford area. This role involves preparing and decorating vacant social housing properties to a high standard, ensuring they are ready for new tenants. Location: Salford Pay- Potential weekly earnings 790- 900 VAN AND FUEL CARD ARE PROVIDED Requirements To be considered, candidates must have: City and Guilds Painting and Decorating qualification NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting and Decorating or valid CSCS card Basic DBS check Proven experience in painting and decorating, ideally within voids or social housing Duties Preparing surfaces (filling, sanding, priming) Internal and external painting and decorating Working efficiently to deadlines in void properties Ensuring high-quality finishes in line with standards If you are interested in hearing more about the vacancy, please click ..... full job details .....
