Duties To carry out painting, decorating, and associated maintenance works, ensuring buildings are maintained to a high standard and provide a safe, attractive, and professional environment. Undertake duties as instructed by the Maintenance Manager, work items will also be instructed by Maintenance Request Tickets which will define the job, its location and priority. Duties will include undertaking various painting, decorating and maintenance tasks: Specification Recognised qualification in Painting and Decorating (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) Experience of planned preventative maintenance programmes. Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator, experience preparing and finishing a wide range of surfaces. IPAF, PASMA, CSCS Card or other relevant access equipment qualifications. Takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining high standards. Support the wider Maintenance team with general maintenance duties where appropriate. Apply online.
