Contract Type: Temporary 5 weeks

We’re currently seeking an experienced Painter to support ongoing maintenance and refurbishment work within student accommodation.

You’ll be working a part of a small team to ensure rooms, corridors, and communal areas are fresh, clean, and ready for the next intake of students. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and can deliver a high standard of finish in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Internal painting of student flats and communal areas
- Preparing surfaces (sanding, filling, priming, etc.)
- Ensuring all work meets health and safety standards
- Working to tight deadlines during turnaround periods
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment

Requirements:

- Previous painting/decorating experience 
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic tools and workwear required
