Pertemps Bristol Industrial is seeking a Painter And Decorator to join their client in Bristol, working across several properties near Chantry Court Stores. This full-time, temporary role offers £17.20 per hour, with shifts from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. Key duties include preparing surfaces through sanding, filling, and caulking, followed by internal painting and decorating to a high standard. You will also undertake minor repair work and maintain a clean, safe environment. The role requires proficiency in priming and finishing surfaces, alongside general decorating tasks. All sites are within walking distance of the base location on Denmark Street.
Temporary Painter & Decorator – Bristol

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Painter & Decorator to join our client in Bristol.
Location:
The role will be based at Chantry Court Stores, Denmark Street, Bristol, BS1 5DH, with work carried out across several nearby properties, including:
- Chantry Court
- Unite House
- Orchard Heights
- Campbell House
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all preparation work prior to decorating
- Internal painting and decorating
- Caulking and filling as required
- Sanding, priming and finishing surfaces
- Completing general decorating duties to a high standard
- Undertaking minor repair works where required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am – 5:00pm
- £17.20 per hour
