Location: Lewisham, London Pay: 25.44 per hour Benefits: Company van + fuel card provided Contract Type: Ongoing / Long-term About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our team, working on social housing properties across Lewisham. Key Responsibilities: Carry out all aspects of internal painting and decorating within occupied and void social housing properties Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, filling, and sealing cracks and holes Maintain a clean and professional working environment Requirements: Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator, ideally within the social housing sector Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card provided) NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent qualification (preferred) ..... full job details .....
