Morgan Jones is currently recruiting for an experienced Painter and Decorator to join an Estates and Facilities team within a secure healthcare environment in Southall. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for a 3-month temporary contract, working Monday to Friday with an early finish on Fridays. Alongside painting and decorating, the role will involve general building maintenance, repairs and refurbishment work, making this an ideal position for someone with multi-trade experience. The Role Working as part of an established maintenance team, you will be responsible for keeping buildings, fixtures, fittings and internal finishes maintained to a high standard. Your duties will include: Carrying out painting and decorating works across the site. Completing general repairs and maintenance to building fabric, fixtures and fittings. Undertaking planned preventative and reactive maintenance. Carrying out basic cross-trade repairs, including carpentry, glazing and plumbing. Diagnosing faults and completing effective repairs. Supporting refurbishment, improvement and maintenance projects. Maintaining accurate records of completed works and materials used.
