They manage a growing portfolio of high-quality studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments across Birmingham City Centre and the wider region, including Redditch, Nuneaton, Wolverhampton, Swadlincote, and Burton. As the portfolio continues to grow, they are now looking to recruit a skilled and reliable Painter and Decorator to join the in-house maintenance team. You will be responsible for carrying out painting and decorating works across residential properties, ensuring apartments are finished to a high standard for new and existing tenants. Key Responsibilities of the Painter and Decorator: Interior painting and decorating of residential apartments Preparing surfaces including filling, sanding, and priming Emulsion and gloss work to a high standard Working efficiently to meet turnaround deadlines Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude Full UK driving licence - essential What You''ll Get: Stable, long-term employment with an established landlord Competitive salary ..... full job details .....
