This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with experience working in residential properties, delivering high-quality decorating and repair work while providing excellent customer service. The Role Working across a portfolio of residential properties, you will be responsible for carrying out internal and external painting and decorating works to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Preparing surfaces for painting and decorating, including filling, sanding and making good. Carrying out internal and external decorating works. Assessing repair requirements and identifying the most effective solutions. Identifying issues such as damp and mould and carrying out appropriate remedial decoration.
