Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming walls, ceilings, and woodwork to achieve a professional finish. Work collaboratively with plasterers, joiners, and damp specialists to ensure smooth handover of completed works. Identify and report any underlying maintenance issues, defects, or potential damp problems observed during work. Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards, including safe use and storage of materials. You To be successful in the role of Painter and Decorator, you ll bring: To be IPAF Trained Retail experience (desirable) Relevant experience in painting and decorating, especially in damp and mould environments.
