As a Painter and Decorator, you''ll be:

• Working on repairs and void properties
• Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests
• Ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards
• Support all trades to deliver a professional and safe maintenance and repairs service
• Respond swiftly to all emergency situations and resolve them efficiently

Ideally, I want to speak to a Painter and Decorator that has:

• Experience in Social housing or Domestic
• Over 5 years trade experience
• Plastering experience is essential
• Able to silcon to good standard
• Able to use the phone and PDA to communicate effectively
• Full UK Driving Licence (vans will be provided from day one)
• DBS check is required
