Location: St Helens, UK
Rate: -19.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Benefits: Company Van and Fuel Card Provided
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Job Length: 12-Weeks Temporary to Permanent Contract

Building Careers UK is currently recruiting a Painter & Decorator for a well-established social housing client in the St Helens area. This is a great opportunity for an experienced painter looking to join a dynamic team, with a possibility of a permanent position after the temporary period.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• NVQ qualifications in painting and decorating
• Own hand tools
• Previous experience within social housing
• Full UK Driving License (a company van and fuel card will be provided for work use)

Key Responsibilities:

• Painting and decorating of properties within the social housing sector
• Carry out multi-skilled tasks (if applicable)
• Use a PDA system to respond to jobs promptly and efficiently
