Role Overview We are recruiting for an experienced Painter to support our long-term partnership with Amey, delivering planned repairs and maintenance to family housing across military facilities in Wyton, Henlow and the A1 corridor This role will be delivered on a price work basis for full redecoration of void properties, with some responsive repair works included. In this role, you will carry out painting and decorating works to ensure homes remain safe, well presented and maintained to a high standard. What You''ll Deliver Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, filling, sanding and priming prior to decoration. Apply paints, stains, varnishes and other finishes to a high standard. Undertake minor making-good works to prepare surfaces for decoration.
