The successful candidate will be carrying out painting and decorating works within tenanted and void properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service to residents. Key Responsibilities Internal and external painting and decorating. Surface preparation, including filling, sanding, and making good. Emulsion, gloss, and woodwork finishing. Completing repairs and redecoration works in occupied and void properties. Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently. Maintaining high standards of workmanship and cleanliness. Requirements Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator. Previous social housing, maintenance, or domestic property experience preferred.
