Location: Surrey / South East England
Salary: -34,000+ plus company van and fuel card

Job Purpose

A well-established private property organisation is seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to maintain and enhance a portfolio of high-end residential properties. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional finishing standards across a range of luxury homes, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a premium standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality interior and exterior painting and decorating works across multiple residential properties.
• Prepare surfaces including sanding, filling, stripping, and priming to ensure first-class finishes.
• Hang and line wallpaper, accurately measuring and calculating required materials.
• Paint walls, ceilings, doors, windowsills, skirting boards, and other fixtures.
• Undertake specialist wood finishing, including French polishing where required.
• Work collaboratively with other maintenance and trades teams to achieve seamless project completion.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in occupied and vacant properties.
• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety legislation, including COSHH regulations.
• Participate in seasonal shift patterns and an on-call rota when required.
• Undertake additional duties appropriate to the role as requested by management.
