This is a permanent role working primarily on void properties , carrying out all aspects of painting, decorating, and property finishing to ensure homes are presented to a high standard and ready for new tenants. The successful candidate will have experience working within social housing, property maintenance, or refurbishment environments and take pride in delivering quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for decoration, including filling, sanding, and making good defects. Carry out all aspects of internal and external painting work. Hang wallpaper and wall coverings where required. Apply emulsion, gloss, satin, and specialist coatings. Complete re-decoration works within void and tenanted properties.
