We are looking for a-Painter & Decorator-who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.

As the-Painter & Decorator,-you will-provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The-Painter & Decorator,-will be responsible for:

• Carry out painting and decorating tasks across various client sites to a high standard
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and client expectations
• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair works
• Record accurate maintenance data, including materials used and time taken
• Identify and report defects, vulnerabilities, and scope issues to improve service delivery

To be successful for this Painter & Decorator role you must have:

• Experience in facilities management, construction, or building maintenance environments
• Relevant qualification (City & Guilds Level 2/3) in Painting & Decorating or similar trade
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair work
