The role involves both internal and external decoration works across residential blocks and communal areas. Key Responsibilities: Carry out high-quality painting and decorating works to a professional standard Internal works including hallways, stairwells, and communal areas External painting works to residential buildings and blocks Surface preparation including sanding, filling, and priming Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and within agreed timeframes Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment at all times Requirements: Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator Ideally hold relevant painting & decorating qualifications (e.g. NVQ or City & Guilds) Must have own tools and transport Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail and workmanship Must be able to pass a DBS check What''s on Offer...
