There may also be some external painting required. You will be working for a reputable maintenance provider, in a live healthcare environment, so previous hospital or care environment experience would be advantageous although not a must. Requirements: Painting qualification or experienced time-served Own tools and whites Reliable and good work ethic Friendly and polite due to working in a live hospital environment.
