This role is based in Crawley, Sussex, within a new build care home site, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a significant residential project. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating work, ensuring the finish meets the company's professional standards. As this is a pricework role, efficiency and accuracy are essential, alongside a strong focus on safety and professionalism throughout the project’s duration.

• CSCS Card is mandatory for site access
• Proven experience in general painting and decorating tasks
• Ability to work independently and efficiently on site
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a construction environment
• Experience working on new build projects is preferred
• Good communication skills and team player mindset
